How to join the Expos
Players do not sign up with Expos directly. They register with the Atlanta MSBL/MABL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Expos publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Every request lands on a page headed HomeTeamsONLINE.com - Error, telling you that an error occurred while attempting to connect to the webpage you requested, with a reference number underneath it.
Somebody who wants the Expos specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
