The paperwork behind the Expos
The paperwork Expos deal with belongs to the Atlanta MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Expos play out of Atlanta, GA.
The domain atlantamabl.com is a real address that a real league bought and still pays for.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Expos would keep it.
