How to join the Tortugas
Players do not sign up with Tortugas directly. They register with the Atlanta MSBL/MABL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Tortugas play out of Atlanta, GA.
The domain atlantamabl.com is a real address that a real league bought and still pays for.
Somebody who wants the Tortugas specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
