The paperwork behind the Tortugas
The paperwork Tortugas deal with belongs to the Atlanta MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Tortugas are one club of 51 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
Type it and you arrive somewhere -- just not at a baseball league.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Tortugas would keep it.
