The rules the AZ Whitecaps play under
The AZ Whitecaps play under the Arizona NABA rule book for Division 2.
The league plays under the National Baseball Congress official rules, with its own exceptions, and consults the major league case book on top.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
