Two entries, one frameset, no league
Our directory carries the Antelope Valley twice: once as Antelope Valley MABL, once as the Antelope Valley Men's Baseball League. Both point at the same site, which is a frameset that forwards to a hosted page which now redirects to a software vendor's homepage.
This URL returns forty-three characters -- a title and a closing tag, essentially -- and nothing else.
So a directory duplicate, a frameset from a decade ago, and a host that was sold. Three separate failures stacked on one league in the high desert north of Los Angeles.
A High Cheese league page is one address, belonging to the league, with the schedule, the standings and every roster rendered as pages -- so a competition is filed once, findable once, and does not depend on a frame pointing at a server that somebody else sold.
