The paperwork behind the Twins
The paperwork Twins deal with belongs to the West Metro Atlanta MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Everything public about the Twins is the West Metro Atlanta MSBL's.
A league that defines itself geographically against another league -- west metro, as distinct from Atlanta proper -- depends absolutely on both being findable, because the whole point is that a player in Douglasville should join this one rather than driving into town.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
