The paperwork behind the Bullies
The paperwork Bullies deal with belongs to the West Metro Atlanta MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Bullies are one club of 16 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
A league that defines itself geographically against another league -- west metro, as distinct from Atlanta proper -- depends absolutely on both being findable, because the whole point is that a player in Douglasville should join this one rather than driving into town.
Whatever the Bullies ask a new player to sign is the club's own document, and High Cheese is the only place it would live.
