The paperwork behind the Bandits
The paperwork Bandits deal with belongs to the West Metro Atlanta MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Bandits publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
A league that defines itself geographically against another league -- west metro, as distinct from Atlanta proper -- depends absolutely on both being findable, because the whole point is that a player in Douglasville should join this one rather than driving into town.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Bandits would keep it.
