How to join the Indians
Players do not sign up with Indians directly. They register with the Virginia Baseball Congress, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
It publishes eleven grounds with street addresses, most of them high schools around Richmond.
A player joins the league and is placed.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to central Virginia, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
