The league keeps a Commissioner Information page under its About heading, alongside League Information -- so the office is documented separately from the league's general description.
No individual is named on the rosters page.
Each club names its manager and coaches, so the administrative structure below the commissioner is fully public.
A High Cheese league page attaches a working contact to each role at the league's own address, with the rosters, schedules and registrations behind it.
