Seventeen to thirty-seven
The Rush Creek Spartans publish a roster with jersey numbers, positions, ages, bats and throws, school and experience level. The ages on it run from seventeen to thirty-seven.
Twenty years across the bench, starting with a high school junior. A five point club taking on a division graded six times higher needs every man it has, and a seventeen-year-old is on that roster because the alternative is eight players.
We do not reprint it. It is a list of named people with their ages and schools attached, and Rush Creek Spartans publishing it does not make it ours to copy. Several of them are minors.
Rush Creek Spartans hand their roster to a platform that decides how it looks; High Cheese hands that decision back to Rushford.
