The paperwork behind the True Blue
The paperwork True Blue deal with belongs to the Twin Cities MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The True Blue are one club of 39 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
Our directory carries several other Minnesota leagues with rich published records -- and this one, the metropolitan one, cannot produce a single line.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
