The paperwork behind the Hounds
The paperwork Hounds deal with belongs to the Twin Cities MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Everything public about the Hounds is the Twin Cities MSBL/MABL's.
Minnesota takes amateur baseball more seriously than almost anywhere else in the country -- town ball there has an unbroken century behind it and championship tournaments that draw real crowds.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
