The paperwork behind the Ducks
The paperwork Ducks deal with belongs to the Twin Cities MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Everything public about the Ducks is the Twin Cities MSBL/MABL's.
Minnesota takes amateur baseball more seriously than almost anywhere else in the country -- town ball there has an unbroken century behind it and championship tournaments that draw real crowds.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Ducks would keep it.
