The paperwork behind the Tomcats
The paperwork Tomcats deal with belongs to the Twin Cities MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Everything public about the Tomcats is the Twin Cities MSBL/MABL's.
The platform is out across every league it hosts.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
