The paperwork behind the Colts
The paperwork Colts deal with belongs to the Twin Cities MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Colts publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The Twin Cities adult league sits in the middle of that culture with a short, sensible domain.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
