Class B baseball in Saint Martin, Minnesota

The St. Martin Martins are an amateur baseball club from Saint Martin, Minnesota, playing Class B in the Stearns County South League under the Minnesota Baseball Association. They went 16-5 in 2026 under manager Carl Lieser at Ray Weber Field.

The village is Saint Martin and the club is the Martins, which is the same trick Morristown pulls with the Morries and Saint Augusta with the Gussies. Stearns and Rice counties have quietly agreed that a place name is a mascot if you say it fast enough.

Seventeen classification points is the lowest Class B figure in this set after New Prague at fourteen, Maple Plain at fifteen and North Branch at sixteen. Saint Martin are playing Class B on a Class C number, out of a village of about three hundred people, and won sixteen of twenty-one.

The Stearns County South is otherwise Class C: Richmond, Farming, Lake Henry, Roscoe, Cologne. The Martins are the Class B club in it and finished at the top.

Seventeen points, near the bottom of Class B, and sixteen wins out of a village of three hundred. High Cheese gives St. Martin the page to make that argument.
