Nineteen to thirty
The Farming Flames publish a roster with jersey numbers, positions, ages, bats and throws, school and experience level. The ages on it run from nineteen to thirty.
Eleven years, no high school players, nothing past thirty. That is a narrow band for an unincorporated settlement, and narrow bands in small places usually mean the club is one bad weekend away from being short.
We do not reprint it. It is a list of named people with their ages and schools attached, and Farming Flames publishing it does not make it ours to copy.
19 to 30 on one bench is a fact worth surfacing, and High Cheese puts a club's roster where the club can shape it.
