No board published
The Twin City Saints publish no board, officers or committee. Kelly DeGross is named as manager and that is the only role attached to the club.
The Minnesota Baseball Association publishes its own directors and past minutes, but that governs the association rather than anything in Saint Paul.
When the person who knew everything about Saint Paul stops turning up, a club needs its officers written down; High Cheese is where.
