The paperwork behind the Rays
The paperwork Rays deal with belongs to the St. Louis Men's Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
They are one of 15 clubs the directory carries for this league, and none of the 15 has a readable record.
Whatever paperwork exists is inside a system nobody outside can open.
Whatever the Rays ask a new player to sign is the club's own document, and High Cheese is the only place it would live.
