The paperwork behind the Knights
The paperwork Knights deal with belongs to the St. Louis Men's Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Its address ends in a Windows library call, mgwms32.dll, which is what a league looks like when its software has outlived its decade.
Whatever paperwork exists is inside a system nobody outside can open.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
