The rules the Bandits play under
The Bandits play under the St. Louis Men's Baseball League rule book.
The league's front door asks for an email address and a password, and there is nothing behind it a reader can reach.
No rule book is readable.
Rules that decide what the Bandits may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
