The rules the Tortugas55 play under
The Tortugas55 play under the Southwest Washington Adult Baseball League rule book for the 55+ division.
The league took its rule structure from the National Adult Baseball Association, ratified it through its own executive board, and states that where its rules and the official ones disagree, its own win.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
