No board published
The North St. Paul Snowmen publish no board, officers or committee. Mark Dornfeld is named as manager and that is the only role attached to the club.
The Minnesota Baseball Association publishes its own directors and past minutes, but that governs the association rather than anything in North St. Paul.
When the person who knew everything about North St. Paul stops turning up, a club needs its officers written down; High Cheese is where.
