Through the manager
Ryan Meehan is the listed manager of the Metro Knights, and the club publishes no email address or phone number of its own.
Reaching the club means going through the Minnesota Baseball Association, or turning up at Polar Lakes Park, which in White Bear Lake is the faster of the two.
Reaching Metro Knights means knowing who Ryan Meehan is, which High Cheese replaces with an address that outlives whoever holds the job.
