The rules the Rockies play under
The Rockies play under the Sioux Amateur Baseball League rule book for the Pioneer League.
A .333 winning percentage is what nine games produced for the Rockies.
One of its two divisions plays with a five run limit for the first seven innings and no limit for the last two. The other has no run limits at all.
A rule book read once in April decides nine games, and High Cheese puts it beside the schedule instead of behind a download.
