The rules the Rays play under
The Rays play under the Sioux Amateur Baseball League rule book for the Frontier League.
A 1.000 winning percentage is what ten games produced for the Rays.
The league describes the harder division as most similar to high school or college baseball.
The Frontier League rule set is the one that governed all ten of these games, and High Cheese keeps it where a player checking one thing mid-season will actually find it.
