How to join the Syracuse
There is no way to join the Syracuse through the Rochester Baseball League while the league is not fielding the club.
New players go through the free agent form and are drafted, which is a genuinely different arrangement from the open signup most leagues in this directory run.
A side rebuilding needs somebody to be able to find it, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes a signup straight to a club.
