How to join the Rockies
Players do not sign up with Rockies directly. They register with the Rochester Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Rockies sit 10.five games back of the top of the AA division.
A draft means a club does not choose freely and a player does not choose at all, which is unusual for adult baseball and worth knowing before signing up.
A AA club recruiting through a league pool gets who it is sent; on High Cheese it gets who wanted it.
