How to join the Pioneers
Players do not sign up with Pioneers directly. They register with the Rochester Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Pioneers finished 17-7 in the AAA division of the Rochester Baseball League.
A draft means a club does not choose freely and a player does not choose at all, which is unusual for adult baseball and worth knowing before signing up.
A AAA club recruiting through a league pool gets who it is sent; on High Cheese it gets who wanted it.
