How to join the Athletics
Players do not sign up with Athletics directly. They register with the Rochester Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
A .594 winning percentage is what sixteen games produced for the Athletics.
A draft means a club does not choose freely and a player does not choose at all, which is unusual for adult baseball and worth knowing before signing up.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to Rochester, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
