Fifteen to forty-two
The Gaylord Islanders publish a roster with jersey numbers, positions, ages, bats and throws, school and experience level. The ages on it start at fifteen and stop at forty-two.
Twenty-seven years, beginning with a high school freshman. Fifteen is the joint youngest age in this set, and it turns up in exactly the places you would expect: small towns with a roster to fill and no reason to tell a kid who can play that he cannot.
None of it is reproduced here. A published roster is real people from Gaylord with their ages and schools attached, and it is theirs rather than ours. Several of them are minors.
Gaylord Islanders publish a roster on somebody else's platform under somebody else's terms; High Cheese lets the players decide what shows.
