Class A baseball in Saint Patrick, Minnesota

The St. Patrick Irish are an amateur baseball club from Saint Patrick, Minnesota, playing Class A in the River Valley East League under the Minnesota Baseball Association. They went 20-4 in 2026 under manager Brent Goracke at Bonin Field.

Twenty wins in twenty-four games, in Class A, from an unincorporated Scott County settlement that consists of a church, a cemetery, a hall and a baseball diamond. The ballpark is filed under a New Prague address on 245th Street East.

Eighty-three classification points, which for a place with no population figure at all is the association grading a roster and nothing else.

This is the fourth Irish reference in the Minnesota set, after Green Isle's Irish Yard, Maple Lake's Irish Stadium and Milroy's The Irish Yard. Saint Patrick is the only one where the town, the saint and the club all agree.

The River Valley East is where both Burnsville clubs share Alimagnet Park and both Prior Lake clubs share Memorial Park. The Irish beat all four.

A church, a cemetery, a hall and a diamond, and twenty wins in Class A. High Cheese gives St. Patrick the page a settlement with no town limits cannot otherwise have.
