No board published
The Eagle Lake Expos publish no board, officers or committee. Mitch Kleist is named as manager and that is the only role attached to the club.
The Minnesota Baseball Association publishes its own directors and past minutes, but that governs the association rather than anything in Eagle Lake.
When the person who knew everything about Eagle Lake stops turning up, a club needs its officers written down; High Cheese is where.
