Members only
The league runs both a news section and message boards, so it communicates with its clubs and its players regularly, in writing.
Nothing on either is publicly readable.
News on a High Cheese league page goes to the schedules players already carry and stays at the league's own address as a page, so an announcement reaches the roster and everyone else at the same time.
