Class C baseball in Sauk Centre, Minnesota

The Sauk Centre Titans are an amateur baseball club from Sauk Centre, Minnesota, playing Class C in the Resorters League under the Minnesota Baseball Association. They went 8-5 in 2026 under manager Andrew Rousslange at the Sauk Centre High School field.

Sauk Centre is where Sinclair Lewis grew up and the town he used for Gopher Prairie in Main Street, the 1920 novel that made small-town America furious and won him the Nobel Prize a decade later. The town has since named its main street Original Main Street and put up a sign, which is the most Sauk Centre response available.

Fourteen classification points for a Stearns County city of about four thousand five hundred.

The Resorters League also holds Ashby, whose ballpark the association lists as Ashby, Kensington, who went winless, and Long Prairie, who played six games. It is a lakes country division of very small places and short seasons.

Sinclair Lewis used this town for Gopher Prairie and the town named its main street Original Main Street in reply. High Cheese gives Sauk Centre the page to keep replying.
