Class C baseball in Long Prairie, Minnesota

The Long Prairie Predators are an amateur baseball club from Long Prairie, Minnesota, playing Class C in the Resorters League under the Minnesota Baseball Association. They went 1-5 in 2026 under manager Ted Gray, at the Long Prairie Grey Eagle field.

Six games is the shortest recorded season anywhere in this set. That either means a very short year or results that stopped being entered in June, and the association's page does not distinguish between the two. Both happen, and the second happens more often.

The ballpark carries the name of the Long Prairie Grey Eagle school district, which covers two Todd County towns and is the reason a club here has a hyphenated field rather than a hyphenated name.

Seven classification points is near the floor of Class C for a town of about three thousand five hundred.

The Resorters League also holds Ashby, whose home ground the association lists simply as Ashby, and Kensington, who went winless.

Six recorded games, and the association's page cannot say whether that was the season or the typing. High Cheese takes the result off the scorecard so the question stops arising.
