The paperwork behind the Mustangs
The paperwork Mustangs deal with belongs to the Pittsburgh Adult Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
They are one of twelve clubs the directory carries for this league.
The league's paperwork is the league's.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
