The rules the Royals play under
The Royals play under the Peoria Sunday Morning MABL rule book.
The Royals publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The domain psmlbaseball.com resolves to a HomeTeamsONLINE error page reporting that it could not connect to the webpage you requested, with a reference number and an invitation to contact somebody about it.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
