The paperwork behind the Royals
The paperwork Royals deal with belongs to the Peoria Sunday Morning MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Everything public about the Royals is the Peoria Sunday Morning MABL's.
Not Peoria MABL -- Peoria Sunday Morning.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
