Invitationals, and the state tournament
The Minneapolis Angels play invitational tournament baseball alongside their league season, listed centrally by the Minnesota Baseball Association, with the MBA state tournament above all of it.
The state tournament is why the classification points matter. At 473 points the Minneapolis Angels enter it as a Class A club, and the rest of the summer is preparation.
A Minneapolis side driving hours to a June invitational deserves the bracket on the same page as the schedule, which is what High Cheese does.
