The rules the Padres play under
The Padres play under the Omaha Men's Senior Baseball League rule book.
The league plays as a National MSBL affiliate, so the national rules apply.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
