The rules the Twins play under
The Twins play under the Omaha Adult Baseball League rule book.
The Twins played fifteen games in the season the league last recorded.
A player found ineligible is suspended for the season, and a manager who played him knowingly can lose the rest of that season and all of the next.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
