The rules the NoClu play under
The NoClu play under the Oahu MABL and the Honolulu Baseball League rule book.
The NoClu play out of Honolulu, HI.
Beyond that the structural rules are the ones stated on the front page -- wood bats only, two divisions sorted by experience, one or two games a week.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
