Northwest Border League

About the Northwest Border League

Eight clubs across the top of Minnesota, including Trash Pandas and a Blue Ox.

Agassiz, Bemidji twice, Fosston, Hibbing, Rainy Lake, Roseau, Warroad

Agassiz Gamblers, Bemidji Blue Ox, Bemidji Bucks, Fosston Trash Pandas, Hibbing Miners, Rainy Lake North Stars, Roseau Royals and Warroad Muskies.

This is the widest geography of any league here. Warroad and Roseau are on the Canadian border. Rainy Lake is at International Falls. Hibbing is on the Iron Range, a couple of hundred miles east. Agassiz is named for the glacial lake that covered all of it.

Bemidji fields two clubs at different classifications: the Blue Ox at Class B and the Bucks at Class A. Blue Ox is Paul Bunyan's, and Bemidji has the statue.

Fosston called itself the Trash Pandas, which is internet-era slang for a raccoon and the most modern name in this directory.

High Cheese gives a league its own address with the schedule, the table and the rosters on it.
