Nobody named
The New Jersey Amateur Baseball League publishes no officers, manager or committee for the NJ Reds. The league runs a winter manager meeting, so the club has a manager, and the site does not say who.
None of it is written down anywhere a player could find.
The person who knew everything about NJ Reds will stop turning up eventually, and naming the officers on High Cheese takes a minute before that happens.
