The league's paperwork
Every document behind the NJ High Rollers belongs to the New Jersey Amateur Baseball League: registration forms for teams and free agents, and whatever waivers the league collects.
The league advertises mobile technology as a benefit, which is where the forms live.
The paperwork NJ High Rollers actually hand a new player belongs to NJ High Rollers, and High Cheese is where it lives.
