Nobody named
The New Jersey Amateur Baseball League publishes no officers, manager or committee for the Bergen Black Sox. The league runs a winter manager meeting, so the club has a manager, and the site does not say who.
The league's structure means it deals with managers directly and never needs to publish them.
A club with nobody named on it publicly is unreachable by anybody new, and a High Cheese page is the fix.
