The rules the Heat play under
The Heat play under the Mid-Iowa MSBL rule book.
Everything public about the Heat is the Mid-Iowa MSBL's.
Not mid-iowa, not desmoinesmsbl -- the entire state, on the domain a person or an institution would reach for first.
Rules that decide what the Heat may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
